Job Overview
Talentmark is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Associate to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is fully site based in Basingstoke.
Salary: £14.87 per hour to £19.78 per hour PAYE, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Handle product quality complaints for human health medicines from UK and IE customers, health care professionals, external parties, and sales representatives.
* Perform all activities related to the product complaint sample collection process.
* Ensure documents are generated, controlled, and retained in accordance with SOPs that meet global quality standards.
* Support quality assurance audits – internal and external – and closure of observations.
* Ensure any confirmed failures of product or processes are reported to management.
Qualifications
* Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
* Good knowledge of GDP procedures and Global Quality Standards.
* Previous experience in a quality‑focused role, preferably within the pharma or healthcare industries.
* Great communication skills.
