Specific Duties And Responsibilities Include
* Involvement in client meetings from initial contact, with responsibility for driving cases to appointment date and beyond
* Handling cases from commencement/handover to closure, including statutory reporting to stakeholders
* Understanding corporate insolvency procedures, especially Administrations and CVLs
* Stakeholder management
* Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
* Managing additional ad hoc tasks as required
* Autonomous decision-making
* Managing and leading team members
* Developing relationships with internal and external professionals
Skills Required
* 6+ years’ corporate insolvency experience
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to identify high-risk issues
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Managing competing priorities
* Team player with strong organizational skills
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Accountancy or insolvency qualification is desirable but not required
