What you’ll be doing
day-to-day
· Overseeing the recruitment process, from collaborating with managers for effective hiring strategies, managing candidate pipelines, onboarding of candidates and staying up to date with industry trends
· Supporting the people strategy, managing the Learning Management System, alongside coordinating apprenticeships and maintaining training records
· Handling first line HR queries, managing employee relations cases, assisting with HR projects, maintaining documentation, planning company events, overseeing the HRIS, coordinating facilities for the office space, while staying updated on Employment Law.

1. Relevant HR qualifications a minimum of CIPD level 3
2. Minimum of 2 years within a similar role
3. Up to date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and best practice in HR
4. Experience with HRIS and LMS
5. Ability to understand and interpret policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
