Who we are looking for:
The Learning & Organisational Development function are seeking an experienced administrator to join the newly formed team that delivers learning and development to internal National Autistic Society colleagues.
We are looking for someone with experience of being the first point of contact for stakeholders with learning related requests. The ability to record, upkeep and provide accurate and timely records, information and responses to stakeholders is paramount to ensure service level agreements are met as well as regulatory, legislative and organisational compliance.
Being able to analyse information and produce reporting in a timely manner is critical, along with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with team members, HR colleagues and specialists to meet delivery requirements.

The role is fully homebased and part time, working 14 hours per week; the specific working pattern needs to be within core hours of 10:00 to 15:00 and on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
