Your opportunity
The Junior TM, Events & Showroom Executive collaborates with the Trade Marketing team for the development, execution and performance monitoring of TM programs, sales events and trainings, designed to increase in-store brand visibility and sell out performance, in line with Marketing and Communication guidelines and business needs. The main objective for the Executive will be supporting the sales team in the planning of sales events and reaching the sales targets.
Reporting line
The Junior Trade Marketing, Events & Showroom Executive is part of the local Trade Marketing Team and reports to the local Trade Marketing Manager.
How you will contribute
Sales & Training Events
1. Collaborate with the TM Manager to develop the annual event plan, working in cooperation with the Area Managers and Optical Trainer giving them all the levers needed to achieve the events results
2. Define and monitor the budget for each local event
3. Coordinate event agencies where relevant
4. Ensure the participation of local customers at international sales events, in coordination with the global HQ
5. Make sure of good quality execution and to strengthen the relationships with customers
6. Being responsible for profitability of the events to reach the target in terms of orders
Trade Marketing
7. Support with the creation/adaptation of training materials
8. Support with category analysis from core assortment to visibility tools with the aim of increasing share of space in our stores.
9. Support with distribution analysis to identify opportunities or risks to be shared with sales team.
10. Support with Trade Marketing processes optimization.
11. Support sales team in presenting new collection to customers by attending sales events or visiting stores.
Showroom management
12. Maintain showroom in a clean, tidy and organised state
13. Support with organising of showroom events & meetings, calendar bookings, catering etc.
14. Maintain sample inventory up to date, in liaison with finance team
15. Manage new collection arrivals and unpacking
16. Ensure discontinuations are removed from showroom when relevant
17. Send out samples to Key Accounts when required, and chase their return

18. External: event agencies, customers
19. Internal: In Store Specialists, Optical Trainer, Trade Marketing Manager, Trade Marketing Executive, Area Managers, Global Head Quarters, Finance, Head of Marketing Northern Europe
Who you are
20. University degree
21. Relevant industry experience is a plus (Eyewear and/or Apparel, Fashion, Luxury, Cosmetics, etc…)

25. Good mastery of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
