Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction and maintenance projects. The Labourer will work closely with skilled tradespeople and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after work activities.
* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required.
* Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers to complete tasks efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Perform general maintenance tasks as directed, including painting, repairs, and landscaping.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Skills
* Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
* Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not essential.
* Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
