This is a visible role, combining site visits with flexible working. You’ll work across the 8 Hills area as part of the 8 Hills team located across the National Trust office at Hagley and Bournville Village Trust office, but with hybrid working your time will be a combination of working from our NT properties being out and about on site and working from home. This involves offering guidance, technical advice, and advocacy to enable transitions into appropriate agri-environment schemes such as CSHT and EWCO, while also shaping farm tenancy and grazing plans that deliver nature recovery at scale.Designing and implementing monitoring plans and leading ecological assessments to ensure measurable impact, including habitat condition, biodiversity net gain (BNG), and species management outcomes.
