Job Title: IT Vendor Management Lead
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, Full Time, Job Share option available
Salary Range: £50,000 DOE
Location: Eastleigh office twice a week
IT Vendor Management Lead:
You will be responsible for delivering business outcomes through our key strategic vendor relationships, ensuring these relationships deliver value and customer outcomes in line with our objectives. This will be achieved by monitoring vendor performance, ensuring compliance with Service Levels, maintaining assurance reviews, supporting security evaluations, and guiding Relationship Managers in performance reviews.
Main Responsibilities as an IT Vendor Management Lead:
Vendor Performance Management:
* Oversee SaaS vendor performance, ensuring contractual compliance and value delivery.
* Monitor and report on vendor performance, service levels, and contractual obligations.
Vendor Management:
* Maintain assurance models supporting Security, Compliance, and Data Governance.
* Ensure vendor adherence to assurance and security standards.
Commercial Negotiations:
* Negotiate strategic IT contract terms for beneficial outcomes.
* Assist in drafting Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
Risk and Innovation Management:
* Identify and report vendor-related risks.
* Stay informed about market innovations and translate into strategic benefits.
Relationship Building and Reporting:
* Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships.
* Provide regular performance reports and improvement plans.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Experience with complex IT contracts and negotiations.
* Ability to negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
