What you’ll be doing
•Receive, log and prioritise application support requests in line with agreed service criteria
•Investigate incidents and service requests, determining appropriate resolutions or escalations
•Provide timely resolutions, including guidance, training, workarounds and system tasks
•Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues where required
•Monitor and communicate progress on support requests to users and stakeholders
•Administer user access and system permissions in line with security policies
•Carry out application monitoring, checks and routine administration tasks
•Produce reports, investigate security issues and implement approved configuration changes
•Design, execute and document test cases and scripts in line with specifications
•Support User Acceptance Testing, logging defects and assisting end users as required
What we’re looking for
•Experience working in a fast-paced IT or application support environment
•Strong customer service skills with a patient and empathetic approach
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Good analytical and problem-solving ability
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
•Confident working as part of a collaborative team
•Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
