Senior Project Manager – Large Scale Residential Development Glasgow
Contract Scotland is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading residential developer to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager for a major 600-unit development project in Glasgow.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this substantial development, overseeing all operational, programme, commercial, and health & safety aspects of the project.
Working closely with senior leadership, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors, you will play a key role in driving quality, performance, and delivery throughout the lifecycle of the development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of a major 600-unit residential development in Glasgow
* Manage project programme, budgets, quality, and operational performance
* Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary construction teams
* Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
* Build strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Identify and manage project risks and delivery challenges
* Drive programme efficiencies while maintaining exceptional build quality
* Provide leadership and mentoring across the wider project team
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
* Strong leadership and team management capability
* Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills
* Main contractor or residential developer background preferred
* Ability to manage complex projects from inception through to completion
* Relevant construction qualifications advantageous
