Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated EHS Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Senior EHS Advisor and the EHS team in coordinating and administering Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) tasks such as Risk Assessments, Framework tasks, Action Management, etc.
* Administer our training system 'Spark' for electronic training and coordinate physical training sessions.
* Ensure compliance with EHS statutory requirements and support the EHS portal for incident and action management (Eco-online).
* Communicate EHS guidance and updates to management, fostering a 'Just Safety Culture'.
* Assist in managing legal registers, EHS data gathering, incident investigations, and reporting.
* Support the development of safety documentation, ISO certifications, audits, and risk assessments.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders regarding EHS matters and participate in committees.
* Manage contractor processes and contribute to emergency preparedness activities.
Skills/Experience:
Qualifications:
* IOSH Managing Safely Certificate.
* Level 3 H&S qualification (preferred, support available).
Experience:
* Previous EHS role experience, manufacturing preferred.
* Good communication, team skills, and computer literacy.
* Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards; awareness of Lean techniques is desirable.
