Job Title: Hybrid Registered Manager – Children’s Home Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per year (inclusive of performance bonuses) Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid – Minimum 25 hours per week at the home) Hourly Rate: Dependent on experience and qualifications Service: Children’s Home Service Users: YPs with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, Neglect Qualifications Required: Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England) or working towards i Experience in Years Required: Minimum 3 years in a residential childcare setting At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role Employment Type: Fixed Term (24 months), Full-time The Home: Number of Beds: 4–5 Location: Stockport Type of YPs: EBD, Trauma, Neglect Ofsted Rating: Targeting Good or Outstanding Ratio of staff to children: High staff-to-child ratio with Assistant Manager and two Deputy Managers on-site Who we are looking for… An experienced leader with a strong grounding in trauma-informed and attachment-based practice.
