Client Payroll Manager (FTC) - Colchester - £50,000 p.a
Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll services for a variety of clients.
2. Handling auto enrolment, RTI reporting, year-end procedures, starter and leaver administration, and payment runs.
3. Liaising with HMRC and pension providers, and managing client queries.
4. Managing a team of Payroll Administrators, supporting their processing and administration tasks, delegating work, and reviewing their outputs regularly.
5. Keeping Partners updated on payroll legislation changes and departmental performance to aid informed decision-making.

Experience:
1. At least 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in accountancy practice.
2. Experience managing multiple payrolls.
3. Knowledge of various pay types, including weekly, monthly, commissions, and bonuses.
4. Management experience.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll processing software, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to build good client relationships.
7. Ability to show initiative and work well within a team.
