Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and interview candidates
* Match candidates to suitable job opportunities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Advertise job vacancies on job boards and social media
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement
* Meet individual and team recruitment targets
* Managing On call service
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential (training provided)
