We are seeking a compassionate, strategic, and experienced SENCO to join an Outstanding secondary school in Salisbury. This full-time, permanent leadership role offers the chance to shape the school’s SEND strategy, ensuring every student achieves their full potential.

Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to undertake the qualification
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and adaptive teaching strategies
• Proven ability to lead staff, manage EHCPs, and liaise with external agencies
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
• Legal right to work in the UK
