\nTHE ROLE:
\n• You will be advising a broad and high-profile client base on commercial property transactions
\n• Assisting more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
\n• Your caseload will include Investment acquisitions and disposals, including sale and leaseback, Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and portfolio management and Development site acquisitions, agreements, and onward disposals
\n• You will also take part in business development initiatives.
\n
\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with up to 4 PQE
\n• Hands-on experience in landlord and tenant work
\n• Strong title review and negotiation skills
\n• A proactive, collaborative approach to work and client service
\n• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
