Job Description:
Employer: Kingston College
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employability Coordinator to join our Employability team at Kingston College!
As Employability Coordinator, you will build on our existing external employer partnerships, develop new ones, and oversee the monitoring and organisation of work experience for our 16-19 study programme learners. You will also work with the Head of Employability to develop, organise, and implement a range of events and activities aimed at developing employability skills for all learners across the College, including 16-19, apprentices, and HE students.
We’re looking for someone who is confident and engaging – someone who can develop proactive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. With high personal standards and expectations, you will work well under pressure and to deadlines, be receptive to new ideas and initiatives, and have a clear approach to problem solving.
You will hold a degree or relevant professional qualifications in an appropriate subject and have experience in generating employer links across various industries.
Closing date for applications is 15th August 2025.
The benefits package includes 27 days of annual leave plus up to 8 additional days over Christmas/New Year, 5 days of Wellbeing leave, a pension scheme with employer contributions, subsidised sports facilities, professional development opportunities, and a salary sacrifice cycle to work scheme.
Successful candidates will undergo due diligence checks, including an enhanced DBS check, references, online search, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
