Your new role This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer to join a thriving Residential Property team. You will manage a varied caseload of property transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions. The role involves direct client contact, drafting and reviewing documentation, and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. You will also have the chance to contribute to process improvements and team development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience in residential property. You will have strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes, excellent client care skills, and the ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision are essential. Attention to detail, organisational ability, and proficiency with case management systems will be advantageous.
