Required background: Housebuilding Our foundation client are a privately owned housebuilder with an excellent reputation throughout Suffolk and Essex for delivering quality led volume housing projects. We are working closely with the Technical Director to strengthen the team with a rounded Architectural Technician. You will involved in the preparation and submission of planning applications, reviewing working drawings and discharging planning conditions.
