Technician (Office-Based - Norwich Area)
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to provide senior back-office technical support to field teams, ensuring smooth installations, effective repairs, and outstanding customer outcomes in the vehicle security sector.
What You'll Do
Provide Level 2 technical support to field operatives
Support integration of different automotive makes and models
Assist with installation and fault-finding of advanced security systems
Analyse technical issues, interpret wiring diagrams, and guide diagnostics
Ensure compliance with RAMS, electrical, and safety standards
Collaborate with teams and maintain clear technical documentation

Salary: £42,000 - £52,500 (depending on experience)
Office-based role with occasional on-call requirements (7am-10pm cover)

What We're Looking For
10+ years' experience in automotive electrical systems
Minimum NVQ Level 3 (Level 5 preferred) in Auto Electrical or equivalent
