Business Administrator Working Hours: * Monday to Friday * 08:00 – 17:00 * Full-time, office-based Benefits: * 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays (Christmas period deducted from allowance) * Pension scheme * Salary dependent on experience Roles & Responsibilities Subcontractors / Site Administration * Manage subcontractor onboarding and ongoing compliance * Maintain onboarding and training platforms * Oversee time and attendance systems * Provide administrative support to site teams * Ensure subcontractor compliance requirements are met * Maintain and update project lists Health & Safety * Coordinate and book subcontractor training * Arrange medicals and drug & alcohol testing * Review weekly site paperwork * Support accreditation processes and audits * Complete and assist with client pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) General Administration * Set up new projects on internal systems * Act as first point of contact for administrative support within the business * Coordinate new starter setup * Monitor and control company equipment * Prepare and compile weekly reports for directors * Order stationery and office supplies * Monitor contracts and IT equipment * Manage incoming calls and emails Company Vehicles * Maintain vehicle log and tracking systems * Arrange vehicle repairs and maintenance * Coordinate new vehicle setup
