Customer Success Support Assistant


The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Success Support Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Customer Success team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes—keeping processes running smoothly, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

You will play a key role in delivering outstanding results for our clients by helping the team stay on top of influencer activity, campaign deadlines, and reporting requirements. This is also a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with our platform and contribute to how we engage with influencers and clients.


Key Responsibilities

* Influencer Coordination: Follow up with influencers to ensure content is submitted and posts are completed on time.

* Platform Messaging: Use the platform’s messaging tools to communicate updates, reminders, and information to influencers and clients.

* Campaign Administration: Support the Customer Success team with campaign set-up, progress tracking, and maintaining accurate internal documentation.

* Reporting Support: Assist in gathering, downloading, formatting, and organising data to build campaign reports and performance summaries.

* Client Support Assistance: Join client calls or internal team meetings as needed, take detailed notes, and follow up on action points to keep projects moving forward.

* Free Trial Onboarding Support: Assist the Sales and Customer Success teams in onboarding new clients through trial accounts, including setting up profiles, answering questions, and providing administrative support.

* Process Improvement: Help identify repetitive tasks or inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements to streamline daily operations.

* Talent Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to messages in the talent email inbox, ensuring timely communication with influencers and appropriate follow-up.

* Content Downloading & Organisation: Collect and download influencer content (images, videos, captions) and store it accurately for easy reporting and client access.

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail – you love checklists, spreadsheets, and completing tasks efficiently.

* A confident communicator, especially in writing, and comfortable chasing updates or clarifying details when needed.

* Curious and tech-savvy, eager to learn new platforms and help others use them effectively.

* A true team player who enjoys supporting others and playing a key part in the team’s overall success.
