Working as a core member of our resourcing team, the Consultancy Advisor will support our clients across the Oil & Gas, Renewables and Maritime sectors with the recruitment of freelance technical staff. You will resource a wide range of profiles for our clients ranging from subsurface specialists such as Geologists through to Petroleum Engineers, Reservoir Engineers, and more. What will you be doing? Partner with our clients to understand their needs and deliver a tailored recruitment solution. Identify, approach, interview, and present candidates to your assigned client base. Source and match client prospects with our pool of consultants based on skill set and availability. Develop solid relationships with your assigned clients with the aim of helping AGR to win further business. Provide continuous contact and feedback to consultants regarding current market opportunities as well as confirming consultants’ availability. Represent AGR in the market with the goal to obtain and develop AGR’s goal of being a preferred supplier to the energy industry. Gather market intelligence such as websites and publications and use this to advise end clients and AGR on market trends. Negotiate and provide current market information on day rates, tax issues, clients, industry developments etc. Negotiate rates and contracts with candidates and clients. Undertake administration tasks such as completing contract templates, sending documents to clients, and checking candidate certificates and qualifications. Ensure that all HSEQ procedures are followed at all times. What are we looking for? Ideally, You Will Have Experience Of Recruiting For The Sectors That AGR Supports. However, This Is Not a Mandatory Requirement. More Specifically, We Are Looking For The Following Educated to degree level. 3 years’ worth of recruitment experience gained in either an agency or inhouse setting. Experience of working on the recruitment of contractors is beneficial. Further Information This position will be based at our office in Aberdeen.
