Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, the Group Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in the delivery of robust financial reporting, strong governance, and commercial insight across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee monthly financial reporting for multiple entities across the Group
* Act as a key point of contact for the annual external audit and lead the preparation of statutory financial statements
* Manage and consolidate the Group’s weekly cash flow forecasts, ensuring effective cashflow planning and reporting
* Maintain, review, and enhance internal financial controls and processes across all Group entities
* Support the development, consolidation, and delivery of the annual Group budget
* Lead Group treasury management activities
* Oversee day‑to‑day transactional finance operations
* Manage financial matters relating to insurance, rebates, and intercompany recharges
* Provide financial modelling, forecasting, and commercial analysis to support strategic decision‑making
* Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis and support on a range of projects and initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate
* Fully qualified accountant status (ACCA, CA, or CIMA)
* Proven experience within a large, complex, multi‑entity organisation
* The ability to deputise for senior finance leadership when required
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial information to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders
* A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
