Why This Role Is Unique For over 50 years, the Thalidomide Trust has stood beside over 400 extraordinary individuals living with thalidomide damage - many of whom we’ve supported since their teens. As they now navigate the challenges of ageing, we are entering a transformative chapter. This role is your chance to lead that evolution. You’ll head up a dedicated, multidisciplinary team of 12 health and wellbeing professionals, guiding them through a period of strategic growth and innovation. You’ll play a central role in shaping our next Five-Year Strategic Plan, ensuring our services remain not only relevant but life-enhancing as our beneficiaries’ needs become more complex and varied.
