This role offers the opportunity to manage projects in educational facilities, including schools and universities, covering extensions, refurbishments, and other developments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical consultants as a Contracts Manager. Ensure full compliance with all health & safety regulations and industry standards. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and provide clear, consistent progress reports. Act as the main point of contact for clients, local authorities, and stakeholders. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while addressing on-site challenges. Drive continuous improvement and champion best practices in project delivery. Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Strong leadership and organisational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage projects independently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, contract management, and build processes.
