We are currently recruiting for a Bartender for
The Stage, where the drama unfolds with a spectacular programme dedicated to Champagne
and life’s great delights.
Overview:
* An amazing opportunity to join The Stage our stunning champagne and
cocktail bar at The Londoner.
* As a Bartender you will work alongside the bar management team to assist
with achieving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and
operation.
* Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to
improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
* The role of Bartender is also involves Implementing and developing
strategies to improve where necessary under the guidance of the bar management
team.
About You:
* Current
cocktail bar experience within a luxury bar or restaurant, ideally with a
good knowledge of champagne and fine wines.
* You
must have the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and
ensure they come to completion to achieve the required results.
* Proven
track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental
targets.
* Demonstrates
passionate and drive to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering
outstanding attention to detail and precision.
