Overview
An exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to work in the Central Lancashire District Nursing Services. The successful applicants will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care in a variety of settings and will be part of an innovative, dynamic district nursing team. We are looking for patient and family focused nurses with excellent communication skills and an interest in community district nursing. Responsibilities
* Provide skilled nursing care in a variety of community and district nursing settings as part of a district nursing team.
* Demonstrate patient and family focus, with strong communication skills and collaborative approach to care.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with current registration.
* Patient and family focused with excellent communication skills.
* Flexible, self-motivated and prepared to work between 07:45 and 22:00 over a 7‑day period.
* Induction and preceptorship package provided; regular clinical supervision and access to training opportunities.
Employment Details
* Hours can be discussed at interview. Full and part time permanent roles available, with 2 x 12 month fixed term positions for 22.5 hours per week.
