Pay: from £13.05 per Hour holiday pay Working Hours: TERM TIME ONLY - 20 hours over 5 days, Monday to Friday, shifts are 8am-9am & 3pm-6pm Location: The Old Station Nursery Warwick, Heathcote Primary School, Vickers Way, Warwick, Warwickshire, CV34 7AP What being a Out of School Club Manager involves As a Out of School Club Manager, you will work alongside the Out of School Club Manager to lead and inspire your team while delivering exceptional care and education. Key responsibilities include: Lead the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. Plan and deliver engaging play opportunities that spark creativity and support wellbeing Leading and mentoring the team to provide high-quality early years education with passion and energy. Acting as a role model by promoting initiative, creativity, and high standards of care. Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies to support the best outcomes for children. Overseeing the team’s implementation of the EYFS framework, ensuring engaging learning opportunities. Encouraging continuous improvement through feedback and supporting professional development. Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets each child’s needs. About our Nursery The Old Station Nursery Warwick, located within the grounds of Heathcote Primary School, offers a nurturing environment where children can truly flourish. We are conveniently located just off the A452 in Warwick, within the grounds of Heathcote Primary school on Vickers Way. Parking is available on site. We are based in one room and also offer a Before and Afterschool club based in a different room within Heathcote Primary School. We are a small, friendly team, working closely together dedicated in ensuring children’s time at Preschool is flourishing, offering unique opportunities. Passionate about leadership in early years?
