Operations Manager
Littlehampton
£32,000 - £37,000 + Training + Pension
Are you an Operations Manager with experience in construction environments looking to develop your career within a supportive and rapidly growing company?

You will play a key leadership role within the Operations team for a well-established mechanical and electrical engineering company known for delivering a wide range of heating services across the commercial and industrial sectors.
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling planned maintenance, raising customer invoices, reviewing completed jobs to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, raising purchase orders, and managing day-to-day customer requirements.
This position would suit an Operations Manager with a background in construction who is comfortable working within site-based environments and is looking to progress within a company that actively invests in its people through training, development, and additional benefits.
