Your Responsibilities
* Unit Management: Oversee and manage nursing staff schedules, serve as a clinical resource for problem-solving, and coordinate rapid admissions with the Nursing Staff.
* Supervision: Ensure a safe and pleasant dining experience for residents while interacting with families and staff, and maintain accurate records.
* Patient Care: Facilitate emergency medical assessments and care for residents, coordinating necessary interventions and resources.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* One (1) year of nursing experience.
* Registered in NYS as a registered nurse professional.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* One to three years of nursing experience, with LT PAC nursing experience preferred.
* One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Education & Certifications
* BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
* RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
Physical Requirements
This role involves medium work, requiring the ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently. Frequent walking, standing, or squatting is also necessary.
Compensation
Pay Range: $39.00 - $51.25
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and is eligible for additional pay components based on experience, qualifications, specialty, and location.
