Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: We require a degree, or equivalent demonstrable work experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. We require strong professional experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions. We require hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. We require experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs. We require experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, estimation, and collaborative delivery. We require proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Marketing Cloud configuration and development. We require excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. We require strong problem-solving and debugging skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges quickly. Responsibilities: We provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across our Salesforce ecosystem. We design, develop, integrate, and optimise Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions. We translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. We work closely with the Salesforce Product Owner, Revenue Operations Product Owner, Business Analysts, IT & Digital colleagues, and wider stakeholders. We guide technical delivery and uphold our engineering standards. We ensure Salesforce remains a stable, high-performing, and continuously improving platform. We support our strategic digital roadmap and customer experience ambitions.
