My client is currently seeking a motivated and talented Graduate IES Candidate to join the team in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Utilise IES software to support the design and analysis of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services.
* Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for projects.
* Assist in the preparation of technical reports, calculations, and documentation.
* Contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions in building projects through creative and efficient design.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
* A recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar).
* Experience working with IES software during university studies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* A passion for sustainability and reducing carbon emissions in the built environment.
Day-to-Day
* Work closely with the design team to deliver high-quality solutions for a variety of projects.
* Conduct energy modelling and simulations using IES software.
* Support the development of innovative designs for Mechanical and Electrical Building Services.
* Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment.
