A highly regarded and busy Manchester-based insolvency practice is seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Practitioner to spearhead the firms Yorkshire presence and build a strong regional following.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven IP to leverage an established brand, operational infrastructure, and strong case delivery team, while focusing on business development, relationship building, and appointment taking across the Yorkshire market.
The Opportunity:
* Establish and grow the firms Yorkshire insolvency offering
* Win and take appointments on corporate insolvency cases (CVLs, Administrations, MVLs)
* Develop relationships with accountants, solicitors, lenders, and other introducers
* Act as the regional figurehead, supported by a well‑resourced Manchester team
* Benefit from full operational, compliance, and case administration support
The Ideal Candidate:
* Fully licensed Insolvency Practitioner (essential)
* Strong background in corporate insolvency
* Proven track record of work winning and referral generation
* Established professional network within Yorkshire
* Commercially astute, entrepreneurial, and relationship‑driven
