We are hunting for a Sales Development Representative / SDR that has an interest or experience within Science, Marketing or the Research industry. Our client are offering a basic salary up to £30,000 per annum with the potential to genuinely add another £24,000 on top of this in comms. That’s a total OTE of £54,000 you could be achieving!
The role of Sales Development Representative / SDR involves:
* Collating and following up on cold and warm leads.
* Making outbound calls to discuss the services offered to prospects.
* Understanding the company products in order to offer the best option.
* Booking meetings for the BDMs to finalise the relationship, where needed.
* Using your personality to build long-standing relationships!
For the Sales Development Representative / SDR, you need:
* Previous outbound sales, telesales, business development experience.
* Must love speaking to new people and building relationships.
* A qualification within Science, Marketing, Communications or similar is advantageous.
