Job Description
Business Analyst required to join a leading global streaming company and work across the core business product streams. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to define pivotal ambitions of the organisation, and act as a bridge working with development teams to translate these notions, drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, and turn these into a reality.
This role calls for someone who can clearly communicate and present intricate ideas or proposals to business stakeholders at all seniority levels. An understanding of complex software systems is essential, and experience with SaaS platforms would be highly beneficial. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of product delivery processes and must have worked within an Agile environment, preferably within a SAFe structure.
The Business Analyst will be process-oriented and methodical, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex challenges autonomously. This role suits a self-starter who takes initiative, drives their own workload, and can manage progress across multiple workstreams confidently and efficiently.
Required Skills:
* Strong expertise in agile methodologies, ideally Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
* Strong experience with creating requirements documentation and communicating ideas to stakeholders throughout a business
* Experience working in a SaaS or product-led environment
* Experience clearly communicating strategic requirements to and working closely with internal software development teams
* Experience as a Proxy Product Owner or Scrum Master desirable
* Self-motivated, structured, and proactive mindset requiring minimal guidance for tasks
With several distinct product areas across the business, this Business Analyst will play a critical role in shaping one of the key streams, helping ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives and business needs.
