Mediplacements are looking for an experienced permanent Ward Pharmacist to work at a hospital in the Isle of Wight.
The pay for this position is £45,000-£55,000 per annum.
Job Statement
* Act as a pharmacist providing a clinical pharmaceutical service involving
specialist/complex/high risk secondary care patients.
* Utilise pharmaceutical expertise, working in partnership with patients, carers and healthcare professionals to minimise medicines-related harm and facilitating medicines optimisation.
* Contribute to the wider pharmacy service in both a clinical and day to day leadership role.
* Be prepared to operate across a range of hours including evening and/or 7 day working, as
agreed between post-holders and their line manager.
* Operate in accordance with the Trust's values, mission and written control documents
