We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Penkridge (ST19) area.
You'll be providing care and support to a male clients who enjoy swimming, theatre trips and going to the pub and whose individual needs include:
Cerebral palsy PEG feeds Medication management Learning difficulties Epilepsy
Shifts include
Day shifts from 7am to 7pm Or Night shifts from 7pm to 7am with alternate weekends or 1 day of a weekend each week - Guaranteed hours 36hrs from the start available if requested
We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
