Position Overview As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, providing advanced, evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting with a wide range of undifferentiated, acute, and chronic conditions. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, strong decision-making ability, and confidence to work independently, alongside effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. You will manage your own clinical workload, including urgent and same-day presentations, ensuring timely access to care for patients. A strong emphasis is placed on patient-centred care, health promotion, and preventative medicine.
