We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth and professional running of our day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Support calendar management and meeting room bookings
Office Coordination
* Maintain office supplies and oversee inventory management
* Ensure workspaces and communal areas remain well-presented
Document & Record Management
* Draft, format, and edit business documents and reports
* Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Team & Business Support
* Assist with ad hoc tasks, business projects, and administrative duties
* Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash (if required)
* Welcome and assist visitors, representing the business in a professional manner

* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Workspace)
