Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - NoVa will be responsible for:
1. Support the Superintendent in managing on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, daily field operations, and project schedule adherence
2. Monitor job site safety, cleanliness, and quality control
3. Assist in maintaining project documentation including daily logs, inspections, and field reports
4. Help oversee site logistics, deliveries, and material storage
5. Communicate effectively with project managers, trade partners, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
6. Participate in site walks, inspections, and punch list processes

The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - NoVa will have:
7. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
8. 1-3 years of construction experience; multifamily strongly preferred but not required
9. Working knowledge of construction processes, trades coordination, and job site safety practices
10. Excellent communication and organizational skills
11. A strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in field operations
12. Comfortable working in fast-paced job site environments throughout the DMV area
