£35,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance + Monthly Uncapped Commission
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.30pm

In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and contributing to the continued growth of the organisation. This is a dynamic position offering a 40/60 split between office-based work and field activity, giving you the opportunity to combine strategic diary management with hands-on client engagement.

Building and managing a strong sales pipeline of potential clients
Promptly qualifying and following up on sales leads
Identifying and engaging decision-makers via calls, LinkedIn, emails, and in-person meetings
Negotiating contracts to maximise profitability while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights
Conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities
Collaborating with marketing to implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Leading client sales meetings and presenting marketing materials as required
Consistently exceeding sales targets, revenue goals, and activity metrics

Valid driving licence with access to own vehicle – car allowance is provided
Background in Facilities or Maintenance is highly desirable
Proven experience in a business development or sales environment, with a background in setting and attending own sales meetings
Excellent team player with strong organisational skills
Commercially minded with keen attention to detail
Outstanding communication and influencing abilities
Effective time management skills, with a proactive approach
