Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Direct Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with the general public and promoting the fundraising programme of Alzheimer's Research.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have a passion for fundraising and public relations. Your ability to self-manage and effectively communicate with potential customers will be key to your success.
Salary/Benefits:
* £30,000 PLUS Uncapped Commission (OTE £45k)
* Monthly Pay
* Paid Holidays - 29 per year
* Pension
There is a self-employed option available also with a £100 daily retainer plus commission.
Working Days/Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* You decide your start and finish times - Work anytime between 10am and 8pm
Duties:
* Promote the fundraising programme of Alzheimer's Research directly to the public on a door-to-door basis - Sign-ups of £8, £10 or £12 per month
* Manage your own area and work by yourself
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or overcoming objections.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in direct sales or a similar role is preferred.
* Ideally, you will be a driver with a car.
* Work up to 30 miles from home postcode.
* Tablet provided that is used to finalize all sign-ups.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work independently.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
