Minimum Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration
* Minimum of 6 months post-registration experience in a nursing role - minimum of 6 months NHS experience
* Excellent clinical and communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate leadership skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
* Commitment to providing high standards of patient care
