Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a local Oldbury based business who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to start immediately.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Duties and tasks will include:
* Process supplier payments through online banking system
* Credit control
* Produce sales and purchase ledger reports for MD to show what is due in out each month
* Sales and purchase ledger month end and year end
* Credit card statements through Pegasus/ opera
* Nominal ledger month end and year end
* ADI rebate credits
* Ensure all accounts information is provided to the accountants at the end of each quarter
* Check bank daily and update payments on to sales/ purchase/ nominal ledger
* Sales/ purchase ledger queries
* General administration
* Assisting other departments in company as and when needed
Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:
* Accounts experience
* Administrative experience
* Knowledge of Pegasus opera 3 software is preferred but not essential
