Our client – a full-service creative agency with a growing international footprint – is looking for a hands‑on Social Media Manager to take ownership of end-to-end campaigns across global brands.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a team of 4 Execs + 1 Junior
* Writing sharp, on‑brand copy
* Running and optimising paid ads in Meta Business Suite
* Analysing data, A/B testing, and driving measurable ROI
* Spotting trends and turning them into standout campaigns
What we need:
* agency experience
* Properly hands‑on – you can design, edit, schedule & report yourself
* Expert across all major social platforms
* Confident with analytics & performance reporting
* Able to commute to Windsor 2–3 days per week
