About the Role

Our ATS Digital team plays a key part in that journey – and we’re looking for a Digital Delivery Analyst to help us turn data into meaningful insight that drives better project outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Provide guidance to projects using plant telematics insights to improve visibility, utilisation and operational efficiency.
* Ensure data is accurate, reliable and accessible for key stakeholders.
* Analyse and interpret user requirements to support the development of digital solutions.
* Support the design, testing and rollout of digital development projects.
* Deliver training to end‑users on new reports and dashboards.
* Collaborate with internal teams, customers, supply chain partners and joint venture partners.
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Digital Manager where required.
* Continuously develop digital knowledge and stay up to date with industry best practice.
* Work in line with Balfour Beatty’s safety, health and environmental standards.
Qualifications
* Strong problem‑solving and lateral thinking skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
* Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
* Experience analysing data and drawing clear conclusions.
* Knowledge of telematics, ISO standards, and the construction industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
* Good time‑management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
