Who we’re looking for
* 5+ PQE Private Client Solicitor/Associate
* Strong mixed Private Client experience
* Excellent technical ability and confident billing management
* Outstanding communication and client‑care skills
* Adaptable and team‑oriented, with a friendly, collaborative approach
* Interest in BD (desired)
* STEP qualified or working towards it (desired)
* Someone who values work‑life balance and thrives in a non‑competitive culture
