About the Role
You will manage your own caseload of personal injury claims, handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. The role will involve working closely with clients, medical experts, and insurers, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and providing clear, practical legal advice.
This position offers exposure to varied personal injury work, including road traffic accidents, public liability, and employer’s liability claims. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your files while benefiting from guidance and mentorship within an experienced team.
About the Person
The ideal candidate will be a confident and client-focused solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple cases while maintaining excellent client care.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE in personal injury or general litigation
* Strong working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and pre-action protocols
* Proven experience managing a full caseload of personal injury claims
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
