Domus are working with an award winning provider of care looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and hands-on Registered Home Manager to lead a team and work with the Operations team to guide the home back to a Good CQC rating.
The home supports 9 adults with Learning disabilities & Autism.
As Manager, you will:
Lead, recruit, and develop a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
Ensure full regulatory compliance with CQC and Health & Social Care standards.
Oversee financial performance, occupancy, and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Promote a person-centred culture, enabling residents to achieve their goals and dreams.
Skills and Attributes:
Proven leadership and team management skills
Caring and compassionate nature with high integrity
Strong organisational and IT skills
Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to inspire others
Full UK driving licence
Desirable Qualifications:
RNLD or RMN with active NMC registration
Experience managing a successful care home
Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support, Learning Disabilities, or Nursing
Previous or current CQC registration
